Frequently asked
FAQ
Everything about ordering custom labels — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.
Ordering
What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is just 12 pieces per design. Smaller proof runs can be quoted case by case, and larger runs drop quickly in per-unit price.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the hundreds of thousands and millions for retail and packaging programs.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can provide material samples and, for larger orders, a pre-production printed sample so you can approve stock, print, foil, and adhesive before the full run.
Can I mix sizes or SKUs in one order?
Yes. You can combine sizes and designs across an order, and the combined volume counts toward your price tier — ideal for a multi-SKU line.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, dieline, stock, and adhesive on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal for a clean die-cut. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your artwork print-ready at no charge.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching and can add a white ink underprint behind your artwork so colors stay true on clear and metallic stocks.
Can you add foil, embossing, or spot gloss?
Yes. Metallic foil stamping, raised embossing, and spot-gloss varnish are all available and can be combined for a premium finish.
Can you make any shape or size?
Yes. We die-cut to any shape and size — rectangles, ovals, rounds, and fully custom outlines. Send your container and we’ll size the label to fit.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
About one to two weeks from approved mockup for standard styles; foil, emboss, or specialty stocks may add a short step we’ll flag up front.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for a firm launch or fill date — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Labels ship compact on rolls or flat sheets, so freight is economical even at volume.
Do you wind rolls for my applicator?
Yes. Tell us your machine’s core size, wind direction, and labels-per-roll and we’ll wind to spec so your line runs clean.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.
Pricing & Payment
How much do custom labels cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote — pricing scales with quantity and options, and we return an exact number within one business day.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on size, material, finish, foil, and quantity. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established companies.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.
Product & Care
Are your labels waterproof?
Yes. Our BOPP and polyester labels are waterproof and survive the fridge, ice bucket, and shower; uncoated paper and kraft labels are intended for dry-goods and indoor use.
Which material should I choose?
White or clear BOPP for durable, waterproof product labels; kraft for a natural look; foil for premium gifting; paper for dry goods and a matte finish. Tell us your container and environment and we’ll recommend one.
Will the label survive the fridge or freezer?
Yes, with the right adhesive. We use cold- and moisture-rated adhesives for refrigerated and frozen products so edges don’t lift — just tell us the environment.
Is the printing durable?
Yes. Print is laminated or cured into the label rather than surface-applied, so it resists scuffing, oils, and moisture through handling and shipping.
Can you make recyclable or eco labels?
Yes. We offer recyclable paper, kraft, and eco-adhesive options for brands with sustainability commitments — just ask.
